Here’s what you need to do to qualify for this policy:

1. Watch all videos from Modules 1 and 2

2. Email me with your pet's intake questionnaire (sent to you when you initially enrolled)

I am 100% committed to your pet's health and well-being. This policy is in place to make sure you are also 100% committed. If you intend to just browse the course modules and then request a refund, please do not enroll in Nourish.

 

If you need to request a refund, send an email to hello@tulavetnutrition.com before the 7th day following your purchase. Make sure to include the completed intake questionnaire. Requests made without this filled out or without having watched modules 1 and 2 will not be processed.

 

Last note - If you make a purchase and do not utilize the course, Tula Veterinary Nutrition reserves all rights to deny your refund request. We will verify through the Teachable platform that you completed the modules stated above.
