What does the service include?

• A 30 minute virtual consultation

• Full review of your pet's medical history

• A complete nutritional assessment (age, breed, lifestyle, current diet)

• A discussion about your goals in regards to your pet's nutrition

• Recommendations regarding macronutrients (how much protein, fat, and carbs your pet needs), calorie needs, and healthy treat options

• Specific commercial brand suggestions

• Fully customized nutrition plan PDF delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days after the consultation

Who is eligible for this service?

• Pets with a current/up to date annual examination

• Healthy pets only - any pet with an underlying medical condition will need a prescription diet which I cannot provide without an in person exam

How much does the service cost?

• The price for the services listed above is $250

​

Other important information:

• Before our consultation, I will need your pet's most recent medical records emailed to me.

• After our consultation, you will receive a customized nutrition plan within 5 to 7 business days.
